Additionally-- I say that we open the topic up to being any animal carrying a whole-lot of something.

Camels.

Temple of the Golden Camels' name inspired me. If no one else suggests anything soon for the art jam, then I wish to suggest 'If we used camels instead of moving vans'.

great website and new topic question

Hey everyone! Hope everyone's vacations/traveling are going well.
I thought you all might be interested in the Temple of the Seven Golden Camels-- he just posted a nice article about the 180 rule which is worth checking out along with a lot of the other film-making stuff on the site.

Also, what do you think would be the best way to start new topics for the drawing-jam? I propose that anyone can start a new topic, but the new topic must be started with a drawing and should give the previous topic at least 2 weeks to run its course. I'd think that submitting drawings for previous topics would be okay, too, if anyone is running a bit late.
Agree? changes/additions?

A summary of Plympton's speech at the Worldwide Short Film Festival

a brief excerpt:

Here’s my idea of the perfect animated film….BAMBI MEETS GODZILLA. (a film by Marv Newland.) This film took one weekend to make. It has only 12 drawings and is one and a half minutes long. To date it has earned $100,000.00. It’s the DEEP THROAT of animation.
